To register and maintain an active player account on tk7199, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through tk7199 or any connected gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of another individual.
• You have not previously had an account closed by tk7199 for a breach of these Terms.

You must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and throughout your relationship with tk7199.
• Comply with all applicable KYC, AML, and identity verification requests promptly and in good faith.
• Notify tk7199 immediately if you become aware of any technical error, misprice, or system fault that may affect the integrity of the platform.
• Gamble responsibly and make use of the deposit limit and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.

tk7199 monitors platform activity continuously for compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is detected, tk7199 will take appropriate action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account closure, legal referral, and reporting to relevant authorities.

While we invest significantly in platform stability, speed, and uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur; where possible, advance notice will be provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk7199 and its directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, even if tk7199 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from system outages, network failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment method transactions.
• Any losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tk7199's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. tk7199 is a platform that facilitates gambling activity — it does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that losses are a normal, foreseeable outcome of gambling. tk7199 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform, provided the platform has operated fairly and in accordance with these Terms.

If you have a dispute about a bet outcome, a game result, or a transaction, you must raise it with customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated or remedied.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles. tk7199 operates under an international gaming licence. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction and for compliance with their local laws.
